Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of WevantaAI, operated by Wevanta Infotech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

WevantaAI lets businesses host landing pages and popup forms (including HTML generated with AI tools), collect leads, generate QR codes, run campaigns and coupons, and view analytics. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business.

3. Your content and leads

• You own the pages, content and lead data you create or collect. You grant us the permissions needed to host, display and process them to provide the service.
• You are responsible for your pages: the accuracy of your offers, your right to use any text, images or brands, and obtaining the consents required to contact the people who submit your forms.
• You must provide a clear privacy notice to visitors of your pages where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use WevantaAI for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes, including phishing or collecting passwords or payment card details, malware, spam, impersonation, adult or hateful content, or infringing others' rights. We may suspend pages or accounts that break these rules or that we reasonably believe put visitors at risk, and we may report illegal activity.

5. Plans, fees and payment

• Prices are shown on our website and in your dashboard. Unless stated otherwise, each landing page or popup that you take live has its own subscription: a go-live fee and a recurring fee per billing period.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are added where shown.
• We send a reminder before each renewal. If a renewal is not paid, the page stays live during the grace period shown in your plan and is then taken offline until payment is received. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment, subject to our retention rules.
• We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep WevantaAI available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is available by email and through the contact page.

7. Third-party services

AI tools, domain providers, e-commerce platforms and payment providers you use with WevantaAI are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their services.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using WevantaAI and cancel subscriptions at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may export your leads before closing your account.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
