Service Delivery Policy

WevantaAI is an online software service. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Delivery

• Your account is available immediately after sign-up.
• When you pay to take a page or popup live, it is normally published within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by Cashfree Payments. You receive an email receipt and the invoice is available under Billing.
• Renewals extend the live period of the page immediately after payment.

2. Delays

Some bank or UPI payments take longer to confirm. If your page is not live within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact hello@wevantainfotech.com with your invoice number.

3. Custom domains

Pages on your own domain start working once the required DNS records are in place, which can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours depending on your domain provider.
