Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wevanta Infotech (“we”, “us”), the operator of WevantaAI at wevantaai.in, collects, uses, shares and protects information. It applies to our website, the WevantaAI dashboard and the landing pages, popups and forms we host for our customers.
1. Who is responsible for which data
- Account data (businesses and their team members): we are the data fiduciary / controller.
- Lead data submitted by visitors on our customers' pages and popups: the business that owns the page decides why and how it is used; we process it on their behalf. Visitors should contact that business about their enquiry.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, mobile number, business name, address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Billing information: plan, invoices and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner Cashfree Payments; we do not store them.
- Content you create: landing page HTML, campaigns, QR codes, coupons and settings.
- Lead data submitted through hosted forms: typically name, mobile number, email, message and the fields the business configures.
- Usage and analytics: page views, QR scans, link clicks, browser type and approximate source of traffic. Unique visitors are estimated with a daily-changing anonymous code; we do not use invasive fingerprinting and do not store raw IP addresses for analytics.
- Technical logs needed for security, such as login times and audit records.
3. How we use information
- To provide, host and secure the service, including delivering leads to the right business.
- To process payments, send invoices, renewal reminders and service emails.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to comply with law.
- To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customers' lead data for our own marketing.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run WevantaAI (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing by Cashfree Payments), under confidentiality obligations; with the business that owns a form for the leads it receives; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Cookies and local storage
The dashboard uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Hosted landing pages and popups do not set tracking cookies; popups remember in the visitor's browser whether they were already shown, so they are not repeated too often.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Businesses can set how long leads and analytics are kept; deleted data is removed from active systems and from backups in the normal backup cycle. Invoices are kept as required by tax law.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted secrets, strict separation between businesses' data, isolated hosting for customer pages, access controls and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep it private.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights. Visitors who submitted a form should first contact the business concerned; we will assist that business.
9. Children
WevantaAI is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
10. Grievance officer
Grievance Officer, Wevanta Infotech.

11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email before they take effect.
